We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for an in-store credit only. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee and will be noted in the product description. We do not refund shipping charges. Please Reach out if you have any issues
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note, All Jewelry, Accessories, Handbags, Shoes, Custom Graphic Tee, and any Sale or items bought with a discounted code are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, in the subject line please put RETURN and the date. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to Lettie Bea. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do inspect each item as we package your order!!!!
Exceptions / non-returnable item
All Jewelry, Accessories, Handbags, Shoes, and SALE (including discount codes used) items are FINAL SALE.
We do our best offer exchanges when items are in stock. Please check sizing charts and your measurements carefully before making your purchase. Not all vendors are sized alike. You will be responsible for any additional Shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like to start an exchanges at ShopLettieBea@gmail.com with subject stating Exchange and order number.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be credited with the amount you paid less shipping in the form of a STORE CREDIT/Refund . We do not refund shipping charges. You'll receive a separate email with detailed information on how to use your credit.
